Our Student Ministries at the Apple Valley Church of the Nazarene is all about relationships. Three relationships to be exact: 1). With Jesus Christ! Our goal is to graduate students out of our ministry eager to reach their world for Jesus Christ. They must know Him personally to accomplish the goal! 2). With one another! We want to provide an environment of safety and warmth. A student - new or familiar - should be able to enjoy friendships, feel welcome, and strengthen their self-esteem. 3). With their family! We want to provide resources for families to build bonds with each other. Our ministry is complete only when we reach out to the entire family. The bottom line is that we wish to develop leadership abilities in students, and provide opportunities for them to contribute to the life of the entire church. 1 Timothy 4:12 says to "…be an example for all believers in speech, in life, in love, in faith and in purity."
